About The Position
Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Clinical Portfolio Director in the Austin area to lead an established team in a large-scale IT operations environment. This role is a Right to Hire position and can convert to a permanent role in as early as 90 days. The start date is ASAP. The position is onsite in Austin, TX, but remote is preferred in the Austin area. Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
- PMP
- Healthcare Experience
- Epic expertise
- Leadership experience
- PMO/Portfolio experience
- Senior Client interactions
- 7+ years of Project Management Experience with at least 4 modules
- Epic Experience Required for Multiple Modules
- Demonstrated knowledge of Honor Roll Components/Criteria/Threshold/Metrics/Stakeholder Engagement
- Demonstrated experience with Honor Roll Reporting Dashboards (Operations/IT/Executive)
Nice To Haves
- PMP preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead an established team in a large-scale IT operations environment.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide timely and complete status reports, identify, and escalate (when appropriate) project risks.
- Facilitate project plans including but not limited to activities, milestones, key deliverables, predecessors, success criteria, responsible party, etc.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key clinical/revenue cycle/executive stakeholders.
