About The Position

Become a full-time Clinical Physical Therapist with US Rehabilitation & Health Services Inc. to guide patients through life-changing recoveries while working alongside a supportive team in Dearborn, MI! In this physical therapy role, you'll serve as a trusted partner in your patients' recovery journeys. You'll conduct initial and ongoing evaluations, assess function, mobility, and strength, and build individualized Plans of Treatment with realistic short- and long-term goals. Throughout the treatment process, you'll implement therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate updates with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and facility staff. You'll also collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and other professionals, coordinate referrals when appropriate, develop post-treatment recommendations, and continue expanding your expertise through educational opportunities-all while helping patients work toward safer, stronger, and more independent lives.

Requirements

  • BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program
  • Current Physical Therapy License in the state of operation
  • Proven experience creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Experience treating diverse patient populations and injury types
  • Experience with manual therapy, physical agents, traction, and ultrasound treatment techniques
  • Experience directing aides, technicians, and assistants during treatment
  • Knowledge of equipment use, maintenance, and rehabilitation best practices
  • Experience recommending assistive devices and follow-up programs
  • Strong patient motivation and coaching abilities
