Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Hybrid
About The Position
The person in this position will work independently with all levels of Core Leaders (System, Region, Service Area and Ministry) utilizing his/her advanced subject matter expertise in pharmacy and analytical skills to lead teams, design advance data sources, develop quality assurance processes, test multiple hypotheses, design challenging visualizations, use advanced contemporary data science techniques, provide ongoing training and facilitate multiple projects and manage clinical programs as assigned. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Oregon Pharmacist License Upon hire
- 3 years of Equivalent relevant pharmacy and data analysis in a Pharmacy setting
- Pharm-D with Pharmacy Residency program is considered equivalent of 3 years experience
- 1 year of experience with database query and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3)
- 1 year of experience/knowledge of clinical pharmacy and operations
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, business administration, healthcare or a related clinical or analytic discipline
- Equivalent education/experience
- Coursework/Training and Pharmacy Residency with informatics rotation
- 1 year of Epic experience
