About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for supervising pharmacy services, programs, and professional staff within the NC Department of Adult Correction Division of Health Services at the Apex Central Pharmacy in compliance with DAC Health and Wellness Policies and Procedures and NC Board of Pharmacy, DEA, DHHS, and State/Federal laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of North Carolina
• One year clinical pharmacy practice experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of workload balance and evaluation and modification of pharmacy improvement procedures to enhance productivity.

• Pharmacist supervisory experience.
