Requirements
- 0-2 Years Required Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
- PGY2 required in specialty or equivalent clinically relevant experience
- PGY1 required
- Doctorate Degree Required
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months Required)
- Postgraduate (PGY2) residency in required specialty
- Required Board Certification (in specialty practice)
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines.
