Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.
• 2 years Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting or 5 years of Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent education/experience.
