Clinical Pharmacist, AAMC Pharmacy Services, Full Time, First Shift
About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist position at AAMC Pharmacy Services is a full-time role operating on the first shift, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed. This role requires a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy, or one who is board eligible. A PharmD degree and completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency are generally required, though two or more years of relevant clinical experience may be considered as an alternative to residency training. Individuals employed as a Clinical Pharmacist with SRH prior to April 1, 2018, may also qualify. A PGY2 Pharmacy residency in a relevant specialty area and Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification in the area of specialty are preferred qualifications. If board eligible, the candidate must obtain a South Carolina pharmacist license within three months of hire.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing status by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy to practice as a pharmacist or board eligible
- PharmD degree
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or two or more years of relevant clinical experience
- If board eligible, must obtain South Carolina pharmacist license within 3 months of hire
