About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist coordinates clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products. This position is based onsite at the Tukwila site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., with rotating weekend coverage and on-call duties. The role is with Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services, whose culture emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care, understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- PharmD, or equivalent education/experience.
- Post-graduate degree in pharmacy or completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
- Experience in clinical management, managed care, and program development.
