About The Position
Hospital located near Tyler, TX is looking for full-time permanent Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. Great pay and benefits listed below. Salary: $49.60 - $94.90/hour
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
- BLS is required
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
- BLS and ACLS is required
Responsibilities
- Prepares and dispenses drug orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures and protocols.
- All pharmacists fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information.
- Maintains current pharmacist license.
- Ensures applicable CE records and licensure are maintained in department files.
- Attends staff meetings
- Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel.
- Verifies the daily activities of pharmacy technicians
