About The Position

They provide comprehensive pharmacy services, full-service pharmacy benefit management, and specialized support services for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. With over 1,400 team members, they care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states. The Clinical Pharmacist is expected to deliver on quality standards for managing, reviewing, and verifying medication profiles. The role involves adhering to company policies, building team capabilities through leadership, and providing follow-up in a call center environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active license in state of residence
Experience with pharmacist verification work
Clinical Judgement Expertise
Ability to work flexible schedule
Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners
Exceptional standards of customer care
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
Problem solving ability
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Self-starter with little to no supervision needed

Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
Verification of hard copy and digital Rxs
Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email
Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met
