About The Position
At St. Tammany Health System, delivering world-class healthcare close to home is our goal. This position assists in the development, implementation, and documentation of the clinical program through collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Operations Manager, AVP Pharmacy, staff pharmacists, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves performing all functions relating to the dispensing of medications, including providing information about dosing, side effects, and compatibilities for all patients ranging from neonates to geriatric.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree.
- Licensed in the State of Louisiana.
- Obtain at least 15 ACPE approved education hours per year.
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) years experience as Clinical Pharmacist.
Responsibilities
