About The Position

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

  • PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
  • Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable.
  • Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
