About The Position
This is a full-time role for an ambulatory care Clinical Pharmacist. The Clinical Pharmacist supports and works alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team and patients to help ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to optimized health outcomes. The Pharmacist utilizes strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to evaluate drug therapy through clinical assessment, direct patient care involvement, subjective and objective findings relating to patient’s responses to drug therapy, and communicates/documents those findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Current BLS certification
- Registration with State of Massachusetts as a Pharmacist
- Minimum of at least 2 to 4 years of pharmacy practice experience, preferably in direct patient care
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
