About The Position
Hartford Hospital is hiring a Clinical Pharmacists for our Inpatient Pharmacy Department. The Clinical Pharmacist ensures optimal drug therapy for patients in their clinical specialty area and provides educational activities to the pharmacy staff and other caregivers to insure that patients receive safe and cost effective drug therapy. Hartford Hospital is one of the largest and most respected teaching hospitals in New England. We are a Level 1 Trauma Center that provides cutting edge treatment to its patients. Requirements
- Current CT Pharmacist license required.
- PharmD required
- Completion of an ASHP approved pharmacy residency program or Minimum 3 to 5 years pharmacy experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Board certification in pharmacy is preferred.
- Two years of hospital pharmacist experience preferred.
