About The Position
Responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period and performs other related duties as assigned. This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Hospital internship rotation.
- Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy license.

- IV admixture certification.
