About The Position

Clinical Pharmacists are responsible for coordinating clinical pharmacy services and verifying that the pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Our team provides specialty pharmacy services including pharmacokinetic monitoring, dosing services, and drug therapy consultation services. Clinical Pharmacists facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and guidelines that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of appropriate, safe, cost-effective drug therapies.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist (PHA) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital pharmacy practice or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
