About The Position
The Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR, is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services. Requirements
- PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
