Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

Nice To Haves

  • PharmD
  • Post-graduate degree in pharmacy
  • Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
  • Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
