About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
