About The Position

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Requirements

PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy
Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable
Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable

Nice To Haves

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
