About The Position
HireNow Staffing is recruiting experienced hospital pharmacists for three Clinical Pharmacist opportunities in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. These positions offer the opportunity to support safe medication use and collaborate with clinical teams in a hospital environment. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner. The role involves reviewing medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential medication-related concerns. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians is key to supporting safe medication therapy. Responsibilities include monitoring medication use, communicating recommendations, supporting accurate medication preparation and dispensing, and providing medication information to clinical staff and patients. Maintaining required documentation, following hospital pharmacy procedures, and participating in medication-safety and quality-improvement activities are also anticipated. Specific clinical assignments, pharmacy responsibilities, and reporting structure will be confirmed during the interview process.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- Availability for the four-day schedule and every-third-weekend rotation.
- Availability for one summer and one winter holiday.
- Ability to work in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
- Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction (Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months).
- Pharmacy degree, licensure, or certification details must be confirmed before submission.

Responsibilities
