Requirements
- PharmD: Pharmacy, Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Oregon Pharmacist License Upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
