Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
  • Current and unrestricted pharmacist license
  • Proven experience in specialty pharmacy
  • Proven experience in medication therapy management
  • Exceptional clinical judgment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care
  • 1+ years in retail or specialty pharmacy or residency in lieu of experience
  • Pharmacist: WA and CSP within 24 months (or BCPS; or BCPS; or BCACP; or BCCP; or BCSCP; or BCCCP; or BCEMP; or BCGP; or BCIDP; or BCNP; or BCNSP; or BCOP; or BCPPS; or BCPPS; orBCTXP)

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years' experience interacting with patients, clinicians as part of an interdisciplinary care team
  • 1+ years experience in specialty pharmacy

Responsibilities

  • Review, monitor, and optimize medication regimens for specialty patients within the CommonSpirit Specialty Pharmacy Program.
