A caregiver in this role supports Team 1 within the Oncology/Hematology Specialty Pharmacy, collaborating with pharmacists, nurses, pharmacy technicians, physicians, and payor partners to ensure timely access to specialty oncology medications and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include reviewing oncology medication orders, supporting oral chemotherapy and anticancer workflows, providing patient counseling and education, answering drug information questions, and conducting patient outreach and follow-up. This role offers strong clinical exposure within a specialized oncology-focused team, an emphasis on caregiver development, and the opportunity for remote work following initial onboarding. This is a remote position after initial onboarding. A caregiver in this role will work rotating 8hr shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends requirements or major holidays. On-call expectations are expected.
