About The Position

The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist - Informatics is responsible for demonstrating proficiency in all pharmacist functions, such as interpreting, transcribing, or verifying medication orders. Attend and actively participate in daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds, complete drug utilization reviews to promote rational drug therapy, lead and develop clinical services, and mentor and educate staff to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation of clinical activities as needed. Requirements
