It also involves leading and contributing to process mapping, workflow design, and change management, supporting population health and targeted medication initiatives, and communicating insights and findings to leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements

Registered Pharmacist in (IL, NM or TX).
Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software.
Drug information skills.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters.
Knowledge of Pharmacoeconomics.
Knowledge of quality improvement processes and techniques.
Knowledge of medication uses evaluation principles.
Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required.
Skills to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management.

Nice To Haves

Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
3 years of experience within Pharmacy practice.
Additional certifications and residency experience.
Experience with dashboards and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
Training/certification in pharmacy informatics.
Experience in predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
