Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree.
- Must be licensed in the State of Louisiana.
- Obtain at least 15 ACPE approved education hours per year.
Responsibilities
- Performs all functions relating to the dispensing of medications, including the provision of information about dosing, side effects, and compatibilities for all patients ranging from neonates to geriatric.
