Through an extensive onboarding and training program, caregivers will gain hands-on experience in inpatient pharmacy operations, hospital medication-use systems, sterile compounding, clinical pharmacy services, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Following a comprehensive training period, caregivers will transition into a 7-on/7-off night shift schedule, providing critical pharmacy support across Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Pharmacists from all practice settings (retail, community, specialty, inpatient) bring highly transferable skills, including medication expertise, provider communication, medication verification, clinical decision-making, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
