About The Position

As one of the largest Clinical Research Organizations in the world, we have four Early Phase Clinical Research Units in the UK and US. We’re looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in supporting clinical trials and ensuring the safe and compliant handling of investigational products. This is a full-time, office-based position in Daytona Beach, FL. Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist or PharmD in applicable state.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• 2 years in a pharmacy setting. Hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of GxP standards (GMP, GCP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Regular and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize skills, knowledge, and clinical judgement to provide a high standard of clinical research.
• Partner with Sponsors to ensure pharmacy and dispensing capabilities meet study requirements.
• Review and contribute to study protocols, pharmacy manuals, and preparation documentation.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and good dispensing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy equipment and manage routine preparation activities.
• Support Sponsor visits and foster strong professional relationships.
• All other duties as needed or assigned.
