About The Position
Works with members of the health care team to provide safe and effective drug therapy. Serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist license from state of practice.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years clinical experience.
- PGY-1 residency.
- Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
