About The Position

This is a pivotal role bridging the gap between our AI technology and clinical reality. As a Clinical Partner Architect, you will spearhead Pharos' partner motion, solving complex problems, ensuring high satisfaction and platform adoption from day one onward. By aligning our software to specific clinical specialties and hospital workflows, while measuring Pharos's tangible impact on health systems, clinicians, quality specialists, and the patients they serve, you will deliver real benefit to real people every day.

Requirements

  • Comfort at the clinical–technical seam. You've worked with EHRs, clinical data, or software implementations, and you can hold a real conversation with both an engineer and a physician without needing a translator.
  • A demonstrated ability to solve hard problems and untangle complex, nuanced health system workflows.
  • Familiarity with clinical data structures, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), or standard EHR data models.
  • A deep, recognizable passion for improving the lives of others through technology.
  • High agency - You’re excited by the opportunity to take ambiguous product challenges and drive them from idea to execution without waiting for direction.
  • Motivated by impact - You’re energized to work hard as part of a high-performing team - holding a meaningful equity stake in a company with the real potential to save thousands of lives.
  • Ownership mindset - You take pride in acting like an owner, taking full responsibility for the quality and outcomes of your work.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - You thrive in an early-stage startup environment where there’s no rigid hierarchy, everyone wears many hats, and you have real power to influence the path of the company.
