About The Position
The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills for which they have been deemed competent and performs delegated tasks—such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter—under the direction and/or supervision of a registered nurse, in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works closely with the assigned RN to provide safe, quality, patient-centered care. Activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include assessing and evaluating the impact of interventions on patient care. The estimated pay range is $18.15–$23.60 per hour, depending on experience. The position is full-time, with a 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. schedule and a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.
Requirements
- High school diploma, certification, GED, training, or experience.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida.
Responsibilities
