About The Position

Always Compassionate Home Care is a licensed Home Health Care Agency which provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life. Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Clinical Recruiter who has knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry hiring for multiple disciplines. This role would be best filled by a person who is well versed in full cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring qualified employees. Recruiters are a key component to the success that Always Compassionate Home Care (ACHC) has.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a health care organization and clear understanding of clinical skilled healthcare workers.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional communication and organization skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiar with technology - UltiPro a Plus.

Responsibilities

  • Find qualified RNs, LPNs and Allied Health whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts ACHC has throughout New York state.
  • Partner with the company’s leaders to enable business growth by adding recruits and identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.
  • Develop job specifications based upon new and current business needs.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • Source candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Recruit applicants for multiple disciplines.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processes.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets.
  • Onboard new hire for them to become fully integrated.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
