About The Position

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to support clinical teams across its South region clinics. The role helps staff deliver compassionate, efficient patient care by coaching clinical support teams, improving clinic workflows, and maintaining consistent day-to-day operations across locations. Tareen Dermatology provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care, emphasizing early diagnosis, patient education, and individualized treatment.

Requirements

• At least one year of leadership experience in a medical setting.
• Ability to coach staff, solve problems, and manage priorities across multiple busy clinics.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a patient-focused approach.
• Familiarity with clinical operations and medical terminology.
• An associate degree.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Dermatology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff across assigned clinics.
• Help onboard and train team members, address staffing concerns, and partner with clinic leaders on performance improvement.
• Monitor patient flow, staff coverage, supplies, and daily operations to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with providers, site leads, and the Director of Clinical Operations to introduce and reinforce clinical workflows and process improvements.
• Support safety, infection control, quality standards, and applicable clinical compliance requirements.
• Help resolve escalated patient concerns and promote a positive patient experience.
