About The Position

The Clinical Operations Intern supports Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in keeping clinical trial operations running smoothly. The role involves managing and quality-checking trial documentation, entering and maintaining trial data, preparing operational reports and presentation materials, and assisting CRAs with daily administrative and operational duties. The position offers practical experience in clinical research and mentorship from experienced professionals. Work is 100% remote for 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with hours scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM around the student's university schedule.

Requirements

Active student status.
Good command of English, at least B2 level, for everyday communication.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and clear communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Life Sciences field.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
Practical understanding of AI tools.

Responsibilities

Track trial documentation and perform Trial Master File (TMF) activities, including uploading, indexing, and quality verification, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Accurately enter and maintain critical trial data across internal systems and maintain operational trackers.
Prepare operational reports and presentation materials to support clinical trial updates.
Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs/monitors) with daily administrative and operational duties.
