Be the clinical leader supporting patients and families across Concord, New Hampshire Competitive base salary up to $140,000, with an opportunity to earn up to $29,000 annually through milestone-based performance incentives. Requirements
- Current RN license
- 1+ year of healthcare management experience (hospice preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Knowledge of hospice regulations, CHAP standards & clinical best practices
- Flexibility and passion for making an impact
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead all clinical operations for a growing service area
- Mentor and support clinical supervisors, case managers & interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance
- Partner closely with the Executive Director in budgeting, hiring, training & performance management
- Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement
- Serve as the clinical face of Bristol Hospice within the community
- Step in as acting Executive Director when needed
- Build, grow, and elevate standards of care at a new site
