About The Position

Ensures the correct medication is administered to all patients. This includes clinical appropriateness of the medication as well as the product delivery in an appropriate manner.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s of Science Degree (B.S.) or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed as a Pharmacist in New York State or NYS internship permit.
