Deaconess ENT clinics offer a wide range of services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care for conditions affecting the ears, nose, sinuses, throat, voice, swallowing, hearing, balance, and head and neck. Common services include hearing and ear evaluations, treatment of sinus and nasal conditions, allergy management, voice and swallowing assessments, sleep apnea and snoring evaluation, tonsil and adenoid care, ear tube placement, endoscopic procedures, biopsies, and other head-and-neck surgeries. The Clinical Office Assistant (RN, LPN, CMA/RMA) is a versatile healthcare professional who provides both clinical and administrative support across multiple medical practices, departments, and provider teams as assigned. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different clinic environments while maintaining excellent patient care, efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Clinical Office Assistant, Float (RN, LPN, CMA/RMA) provides clinical support across multiple departments, clinics, or provider teams as needed. This role is responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, assisting with examinations and procedures, administering medications and injections as directed, performing documentation in the electronic medical record, and supporting patient care while adapting to various work locations and providers. Candidate must demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
