Requirements

• Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Educator specializing in Diabetes Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized medical nutrition therapies that directly improve patient recovery outcomes and long-term health.
• Evaluate patient nutritional status to implement life-sustaining interventions, including specialized diet therapies and counseling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians and therapists—to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient wellness.
• Monitor and adjust nutritional regimens in real-time to ensure maximum treatment tolerance and clinical effectiveness.
• Champion nutritional excellence by resolving complex care challenges and ensuring the highest standards of dietary compliance and safety.
