This role is ideal for experienced RNs who want to mentor the next generation of nurses while continuing their own professional work.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Missouri)
- MSN Degree
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
Responsibilities
- Lead small groups of nursing students during clinical rotations
- Guide students in real-world patient care settings
- Provide feedback, mentorship, and skills coaching
- Help students build confidence, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
