Joyce University is hiring part-time Clinical Nursing Faculty in the Kansas City area. This role is ideal for experienced RNs who want to mentor the next generation of nurses while continuing their own professional work. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Missouri)
- MSN Degree (BSN and currently enrolled in an MSN program may be considered)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
Responsibilities
- Lead small groups of nursing students during clinical rotations
- Guide students in real-world patient care settings
- Provide feedback, mentorship, and skills coaching
- Help students build confidence, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
