About The Position

The Clinical Nurse provides direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients across the continuum of care. The role requires rapid clinical assessment, sound judgment, and adherence to professional nursing standards in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The Clinical Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient-centered care, safeguards patient rights, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Practice is aligned with organizational values, quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree Nursing
• Registered Nurse license
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care, critical care, emergency, or specialty clinical setting.
• Experience managing high-acuity patients.
• Experience with rapid clinical decision-making.
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

• Previous ICU experience
• Previous GI procedure experience
• Previous Operating Room experience
