About The Position
This Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing individualized care for each resident at Bethesda North Pointe in an assisted living and memory care setting. This role is responsible for monitoring all health changes of residents; communicating changes to resident’s provider, family, and other appropriate personnel; appropriately and safely perform procedures and treatments as ordered by physician; ensuring documentation is recorded appropriately and timely; and supervising and providing support to licensed nurses and unlicensed caregivers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse in MN.
- CPR certified.
- Working knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations.
- Skilled in work organization, time management, and delegation.
- Possess and use a resident focus and service excellence philosophy.
- Possess a professional, courteous, and calm manner.
- Have good communication skills in the English language.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two-years senior care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, direct and manage the care of residents.
- Perform or coordinate procedures and treatments as ordered by physician, delegating as appropriate.
