About The Position

The Clinical Nurse - Short Stay role involves delivering nursing care to patients under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines. The nurse will plan and implement nursing care, document nursing assessments, identify and report situations requiring further intervention, formulate and communicate a goal-directed plan of care, and assure patient rights. This role is responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital and principles of quality improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
