They are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join their team and grow their career in a supportive environment.

  • Active FL license
  • Nurse Practitioner Board Certification

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with plastic surgery and hair transplant cases.
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborating with the CRNA for pre- and post-operative surgical patient care.
  • Overseeing and logging office-controlled substances, including narcotics.
  • Assisting in the recovery of post-operative general anesthesia patients.
  • Handling nursing-related follow-up and post-operative calls.
  • Ordering and reviewing lab work for surgical and hair loss patients to ensure clearance.
  • Reviewing EMR for operative patients to ensure policy compliance and up-to-date medical history.
  • Proficiently injecting local anesthesia.
  • Administering PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) in hair cases, both as standalone procedures and as part of surgical procedures.
  • Serving as a patient advisor for PRP patients, including emailing and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparing medication bags as needed.
  • Calling in or E-Rx prescriptions for surgical patients, maintaining a current DEA license.
  • Assisting with post-operative patient care in the clinic.
  • Participating in a rotation for one Saturday per month to see Friday post-op patients for Dr. Bared (30-minute appointments).
  • Seeing patients in clinic for medical therapy and Women's Center for Hair Loss (WCHL) patients.
  • Administering and reviewing TrichoTest genetic testing results for medical therapy patients (training provided).
  • Seeing patients in clinic and via telehealth for medical therapy and prescription refills.
  • Visiting satellite offices in Palm Beach or Broward County once a month, as needed.
  • Ordering medical therapy labs related to hair loss.
