About The Position

The Clinical Nurse Partner is responsible for assigned patient care tasks under the direct supervision of licensed care providers. The role transports medications and requests to and from Pharmacy/Nurse on a non-routine basis when necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification, unless currently enrolled in an LVN or RN program and having completed the fundamentals of nursing course, or holding a current California LVN or RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Assaultive Behavior Training Certification that meets AB508 and SB1299, required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• New hires who completed Assaultive Behavior training outside of Emanate Health must complete the Emanate Health Work Place Violence online awareness module within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Annual four hours of Orthopedic Education required for those working at QVH.

Nice To Haves

• One year of nurse assistant experience is preferred.
