EOI Backfill - Clinical Nurse/Midwife Facilitator - Across all LCLHN sites
About The Position
Expressions of Interest are invited from current SA Health employees interested in joining the Clinical Nurse/Midwife Facilitator team on a temporary, as-needed basis to provide leave relief across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. This role is for experienced Registered Nurses and Midwives who are passionate about education, mentoring, and developing others. The facilitator will support graduate nurses, midwives, students, and staff while building their own leadership, education, and facilitation skills. The position involves providing education, clinical support, and mentorship across various clinical settings, promoting evidence-based practice and strengthening workforce capability throughout LCLHN.
Requirements
- Current SA Health employee.
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with relevant post-registration experience.
- Passionate about education, coaching, and developing others.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a range of clinical settings and LCLHN sites.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
