BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Selinsgrove, PA Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role would be a mix of working directly with clients in the home as well as leading clinical staff. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
- 1 year of RN experience will be considered for a Clinical Associate position.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Selinsgrove, PA and surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise clinical staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
