Clinical Nurse Manager
About The Position
The Clinical Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager, RN, manages the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The role collaborates with the Patient Care Director to establish short- and long-term unit goals, mentors new staff, communicates with all levels of leadership, and facilitates efficient, cost-effective unit operations. This is a full-time evening position, with hours from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. The position requires on-site presence, and employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP; travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Requirements
- At least two years of acute care RN experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current New York State RN license, or willingness to obtain one.
- BCLS certification.

- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
