CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 1 (CNM1)
About The Position

We provide a wide range of services including Day, Residential and Respite supports to both children and adults in various locations across Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary. Avista is looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and their families, in a person-centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research. APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 1 (CNM1). The successful candidate is required to work both day and night shifts. Community Residential Services, Limerick.
Requirements
- Registered with NMBI, RNID qualification preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience at staff nurse level.
- Excellent clinical, communication, interpersonal, planning, organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Full Clean Irish Driving License for manual vehicles and access to your own car.
- Possess Level 2 behavioral competencies of Avista competency framework.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with complex disabilities and/or Autism.
- Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
